The little girl smiles,

Not a care in the world.

A darling child,

So innocent.

So pure.

She offers you a flower,

Smiling happily.

You smile back and take the flower,

That deadly flower

From an innocent child.

Though not so innocent anymore,

She smiles maliciously,

Her hair twisting into snakes,

Leather wings unfold,

Sharp teeth protrude,

Her eyes turn yellow,

Her pupils shrink to nothing.

You wake,

Screaming and sweating,

Thanking God it was just a dream.

You turn,

And there she stands,

That demon from Hell.
