Opportunity…in the dictionary it means a good chance for advancement or progress. When I hear the word opportunity I think of schools and learning and a future for the next generation.

But in yesterdays Thursday newsletter was enclosed a memo that said something that worried me. No. Not worried, worried is a weak word for what this was. I was appalled! I was appalled that our so-called ‘Governor of California’ signed a state budget that gave our schools a $2.5 million-did I say million? I meant billion-dollar cut to education.

I would like to not have this ruin our next generations’ opportunity and not cut school funding.

We want our children to be smart and survive in the real world. To see that we MUST do something about this budget cut!

By raising other taxes, by raising money, by electing me! I want to see a class of high schoolers graduate and go off to college to be a doctor or a lawyer or a journalist.

Do you want to see our children become successful? Or do you want them to be working as the fry cook at McDonalds?

If you elect me, Isabelle Fraser, for US Senate your children will have a better education, you know why? Because I will NOT stand for ANY budget cuts for education.

You DESERVE Opportunity! Vote with HOPE for Isabelle!
