Is there a point in time where one becomes tired of their own game; tired of the shifting of masks, the endless fighting against one's passionate emotions, the never ending struggle with something so deep one can barely understand who they are fighting and why? Is it possible for the thoughts to sink in so deep they seem almost reality? And when that happens, can one have the strength enough to not let the impulses to take them away?

What is the point of fighting a lost cause; one that wouldn't succeed in the first place. What is the point of continuing when there is nothing left to look forward to? What happens when the game becomes too much and the sound of fracturing glass within can be heard cracking and breaking.

What happens when one has the played game so long they have lost vision and sight of what and who they really are? When they've played for so long people believe they know who they are seeing; in reality, they are only seeing a well practiced act. When the performer is too afraid to show her true colors, what will happen to her then? Will she break out of her act and shock those who are close and love her the most? Or will she succumb to the pressure and slip, for the time, unnoticed into the dark bliss.

Is there hope for her? Are there those who know her well enough to see the problem? Or is she so well practiced in the act she can fool even the smartest of those who love her. Is she just good enough to play the act right? To get those laughing who need it, though she needs it most.

Is she so kind that she puts others before her when she needs to focus on herself for just a moment. Where is the hope for her? Is there hope for her? Will she allow people to reach out and touch her, allow them to see who she really is inside? Or will she only continue the act, until fate takes matters into it's own hands.

Is there hope?
