As they walked side-by-side, he put his hand in the back pocket of her ripped jeans. She leaned in closer to him. This is so right, she thought with a smile on her face. They had met through a mutual friend a few weeks ago and had gotten along amazingly. They had so many common interests that it was almost scary. He talked casually in her ear about his day, while she nodded and smiled. He was perfect in her eyes; brown hair, short but long enough to run her fingers through it; his deep blue eyes always made her want to melt and his body was lean and hard from years of sports. She couldn’t even begin to fathom why he would want her though. She had plain brown hair that came just past her shoulders, blue eyes were barely vivid; and she wasn’t fat but she definitely had some meat on her bones. Why did he like me so much? she asked herself over and over again. It didn’t bother her though, to be seen with someone like him.
It was about six in the afternoon and they were walking towards the park by the river. The grass was lush and the trees swayed gracefully in the soft wind. There was a weeping willow by the water front that was old with age and its branches laced with limp green leaves. They walked over by it and looked at the water. He looked at her with an expression that said he believed this was right too. He pinned her shoulders to the weeping willow, taking her mouth in his. Their bodies moved in rhythm with nature, they moved as one entity and nothing else in the world mattered anymore. He pushed his body closer to her and she formed her body to every rigid curve of his. Her arms linked around his neck and her fingers entwined in his hair. His hands moved down her back and rested on her hips.
This is so right, they thought as one.
