Jintaro sat up on the couch he was sleeping on, looking over at the dog boy he brought to Reina's house. The poor dog Reiko, who was assaulted by members of Jintaro's tribe, lay on the bed across from him all bandaged up. The wolf got up, going over to the table where his weapons were.

I can't believe those guys would do such a thing.

He looked over at his pistols, and went back over to the couch to grab his shirt to put on. By the time he got his shirt over his head, he felt a hand on his shoulder. Jintaro turned around.

"Reiko."

"Don't...go....out there."

"Why not?"

"They're dangerous....they'll hurt anyone. Including another wolf."

"I can handle them, Reiko. Go back to sleep. Don't want Reina to worry, do you?"

Reiko sat back down, getting back in the bed.

"Be careful."

Jintaro sat down on the bed next to Reiko.

"Don't worry about me."

Jintaro got up.

"Jintaro?"

Jintaro sat back down. The dog moved closer to him, putting his hand on his thigh.

"Reiko?"

Reiko didn't say anything as his hand touched Jintaro's. Jintaro didn't say anything as he went along, moving closer to Reiko and clutching his hand. The two canines bore their fangs as Jintaro pulled Reiko close. Reiko didn't say anything as he stroked the wolf's face. Jintaro was about to let Reiko kiss him, but he pulled back.

"Reiko...no. We shouldn't do this."

"I know. but I can't help but wonder if Reina fantasizes about this kind of thing."

"Maybe so, but I don't think that we--"

Jintaro was cut short as Reiko put his lips to his. Jintaro struggled to break the kiss, but something came over him. He stopped fighting as he put his arms around Reiko's neck, kissing him back.

Reiko broke the kiss, breathing heavily.

"Jintaro..."

Jintaro resumed the kiss, rubbing his hand on Reiko's broad chest and running his hands through his short hair and moving his lips to the dog boy's neck. The wolf switched from kissing to biting the dog's neck as Reiko pulled Jintaro's shirt over his head.

"Jintaro...do you want to do this?" asked Reiko, gasping.

Jintaro didn't say anything as he stopped kissing Reiko's neck.

"I know we shouldn't be doing this, but..."

Jintaro laid the dog down, continuing to kiss him some more. He was about to move downward when a light came on.

Oh, shit.

The wolf looked up and saw Reina, standing in the hallway. The fox looked back at him, almost glaring. Jintaro got up and went back over to the couch, not saying a word as Reina advanced on him before finally pouncing and cocking back her fist, prepared to strike.

"I catch you trying to seduce my dog again and I will kill you. Got it?"

Jintaro didn't say a word as Reina got off of him.

"Reina."

Reina turned around.

"I thought you liked yaoi."

"Not with him."

Jintaro chuckled as Reina took Reiko with her into their bedroom, where they remained all night.

"Damn. And I almost got him this time."

Reina popped her head out of her bedroom door.

"You know you'll never take Reiko from me, right?"

"Yeah, I know. And you know I don't want him, right?"

"Yeah, I know. It's just gettin' annoying that you do that."

Reina was pulled back in as she shut the door.

"My love! So you're up and mobile!"

"You're gonna find out just how much better I feel," growled Reiko. "You can't keep me down for too long."

Jintaro covered his head with the pillow.

"Aw, shit. Here they go again."

Jintaro would suffer a serious lack of sleep as he struggled to mute out the sounds of bed springs squeaking, growling, roaring, and moaning throughout the night.
