Angel of Darkness.
Neither bad nor good.
Wings of night, ever so beautiful
Her dark velvet sashes are
Tied carefully with care;
Fluttery laces swaying in the wind.
She looks off into the distance.
The sun crawls under the comfort of the horizan;
It escapes from the darkness.
"The sun is a coward,
So afraid of the dark." she thinks.
The wind howls,
Touching the strangs of hair that fly around her.
Suddenly, "she" appears, of red ribbons and firey hair;
'Tis nothing more than a murderess.
Both stare. Both glare.
Suddenly, a clang of swords and the upturned dirt of the energy blasts fills the air.
One wants vengence.
One wants a selfish need.
The one of a fire blaze, holds a single gem.
A gem that contains a person.
A living soul that the dark angel wants.
Her love is not dead; he's only imprisioned in a crystal!
The women brushes her red locks and smiles a cold grin.
Her intention is clear:
Give up and surrender to the fight.
Her heart falls; how can she protect the earth and her love?
The angel hesitates.
The women grins wider.
The angel glances into her princes' eyes.
No resent, no fear, resides in them.
His eyes, although covered by the silken strangs of hair, holds the knowledge and
The understanding of his sealed fate.
'Go on. Do what you must do. No matter what, You'll always be in my heart.'
His eyes reflected this message.
Tears weld up in her eyes as she knew.
Silently, slowly, she nods.
The women, unsure what has taken place, panics.
For she knows things have taken a turn for the worst.
A lone, single tear falls.
From that tear, a new power has come.
A power different from hers.
But yet, very familiar.
Her transformation is concise,
Black were her wings, now shining a bright sliver.
Her gown of black lace, now flows with grace and silk.
She is the long, lost Maiden from the Moon.
Red eyes frozen with fear.
The moon symbol adorn on her forhead did naught to calm the evil's fears.
No! Not all is lost now?!
A flick of her wrist, a white sword appears.
Yes, so long ago, this is who she was.
Evil came and destoryed her kingdom, leaving the moon in ruins.
She is here to keep the earth from the same fate; her destiny is clear now.
Raising the sword, she looks once more at her prince.
His eyes swelled with pride at her.
Oh! How it will sadden the angel to part with him!
But she must. It is her fate, her destiny, for her earth.
Red, blazing fire appears coming at her.
She raise the sword effortlessly, blocking the attack.
Closing her eyes, she utters the words that will end it all:
The battle, the evil mistress, the life of the one she loves.
"Cosmic Moon Power!"
A blinding light reaches out to the evil mistress.
Reaching out to kill her.
The light dims.
She looks around.
Nothing is left.
No more evil mistress.
No more prince.
'Tis a sad, lonely destiny she holds.
