Bright White Lights

“It is not known precisely where [they] dwell - whether in the air, the void, or the planets. It has not been God's pleasure that we should be informed of their abode.” ~Voltaire

Prologue

Bright white lights really could mean anything, couldn’t they?

They could be light bulbs with more watts than ever required.

They could be a shooting star, ironically landing just in front of my feet.

They could be a large, tangled mass of fairy lights under a streetlamp.

They could be fire flies, millions upon millions of fire flies.

Trust me; I’d spent time and effort trying to figure out what the bright lights were.

In the end, I just figured I was either crazy or witnessing an alien landing.

So when it all came down to it, I was insane.

Bright white lights didn’t just appear in the street in front of you with no explanation. However, if one day, I did find my reason behind the white lights, behind the crazy incidents that had plagued my life for sixteen years, how would I ever begin to explain it?

Aaah, story writing. The thing I have missed in the hell of the past three months.

I can not promise regular updating for the story. I have a plan spread out in front of me and I know what is going to happen for a while. I just can not promise that lots of the story will appear. It might take a while, but I promise it's worth the wait.
