The door slams, everyone jumps;

everyone but me,

I hear the (door)

slam.

My mind registers

surprise.

But I do not move (not a muscle).

I sit (at me desk)

staring off into

space.

(Wow) I think, that was loud.

Really loud.

But I am unchanged.

My head reels (it aches).

I'm not involved; not

involved (in class)

at all.

My head; aches.

My mind; shakes.

My soul; breaks.

Sitting here (bored to

death) in this

7th period (hellhole)

classroom.
