For Mark OR Love & Lies

The words remind me of how
much in common we had.
I wish the lines between them could
fill up what we left out.

I haven’t stopped thinking of
what we could be doing
right now. There’s a part of me
that wishes
you never left.

I’m indenting, with pen, the border
between love and lies;
A line I hoped we’d
never cross.

I’m childish when I see
how we run between
friendships. I can’t seem to
stand for it. I’m not sure
how to change.

I need your
guidance. I’m not sure
how to go by this.
