here is my heart,

on a silver platter,

as you toss it to the floor

for silver does not matter

you wanted gold

with a shine in the bright light

like the searing flames

that tore across your eyes

i gave you what i could though

sweetheart...

this will have to do

as you fall

away from me

and i only fall through

your anger and your narrow mind

like a dollar maybe twirls

from a rich man of a some kind

if i cried ten thousand tears

and drowned in my remorse

you would not dare give a damn

would you, siren whore? fin
