Life is full of changes

Nothing ever stays the same

It only takes a moment

For bright skies to turn to rain

Sometimes the changes get you down

You just want to run away

It seems like things are real bad

But then again they change

Sometimes better, sometimes worse

It's out of your control

Change is an essential part of life

Like a workout for your soul

So when too much rain gets you down

Remember come what may

Change will come once again

The sun will shine another day
