Chapter one: My old life

I had a rough childhood, every step I walk, every breath I took, someone I barely even know picked on me for.. it was like they hated me for being here on this earth... Hi, my name Nights Black.. I'm a 16 year old bisexual goth freak and I'm alone... Since high school started, kids have noticed my new founded ways and they mocked me in the worse way possible... I never thought that could happened to me... I'm bless though to have my sister, Narssia, as my only friend to support me in every way.

At home, it was no different, our mother left us and our father after committing suicide when she and I were only 13 and 14 years old, and our father would abuse us with any chance he could get.. I always stood up to him to protect my little hero, but I would always get the battle scars for the both of us... Our grandparents, Garret and Maria Black tries their absolute best to save us, but Who really could save me? Everyone had a better chance to save my little hero, but when the right time comes, she stays by me with no doubt in her mind.. My heart was so tried of seeing her in pain like this. I couldn't handle it anymore.. I been trying to do what my mother did to escape my father... I wanted to see her again.. My grandparents been catching me, doing drug overdose, cutting, everything in the book.. I bent sent to therapy countless of times....

Today though, today was different, in a specific kind of way, like when someone gets these weird chills that something bad was going to happend... During school at lunch, Narissa and I sat at our usual table alone, eating the crappy the damn school provides for the students of Tiger eye high school. Narissa taps me on my right shoulder to pay attention.

"Big brother, look, see that new kid" She asked while her light brown ringlets bounce a little as she turned her head to the direction of the kid. I let my cold, deep blue eyes turned to the someone and my heart skip a beat with shock.. He was beautiful in my eyes, he had the emoish black like I did but it had spikes on the sides, a very pale complection with these hypnotic hazel green eyes, a muscular tone body any guy longed would want. He stood about 5 foot 8 inches in a pair of black tight ass jeans with knee spikes and a chain on his right pocket, black sneakers, he was also wearing a black tight t-shirt and a black fingerless gloves. His lips had black gothic make up and his nails were painted red and black, like if he just went hunting for food. His eyes saw mine and he started walking towards me and my little hero. My heart was pounding faster and faster, while everyone else stared and he continued walking as if it was no problem. He stopped at the front of our table and stared at my eyes to read my dead emotions. All three of us were silent, untill he suddenly broke it with his seductive, calm voice.

"Mind if I sit here?" I shooked my head and turned to Narissa who answered with a warm smile

"Oh course you may, It's nice to have a newcomer to our school"

"Thank you" He said as he took a seat in front of us. "So what are your names?"

"My name is Narissa and this is my big brother Nights Black, what is your name?" Narissa asked as I studied the conversation

"Nice names, My name is Aaron Kieran.. I just got transfer here because of the low life teasing the other kids gave me.." Aaron answered in a whisper

"What did you get tease for?" I suddenly asked which shocked both me and my little hero, considering I didn't really talk much at all.

"Being a goth, mental problems, and being a 15 year old bi... but I really don't want to talk about it.." Aaron answered again...

"That's so weird, big brother is the same way but he's a year older than us. It's so nice to know another person like Nights." said Narissa as Aaron and I looked at each other..

"Yeah... Narissa and I won't hurt you.. we always longed for a friend so... " I whispered quickly as I felt a blush on my face

"You two don't mind if I'm your friend?" asked Aaron

"Nope, you are always welcome to be our friend Aaron. So Welcome to our "group", which it just us three." said Narissa with the same warm smile as she air quoted the word group.

"Thank you my new friends" said Aaron with a soft, beautiful smile. From those few minutes of being near Aaron, I knew that my old life was officially gone for good....
