What I've Left Behind

You hallowed grave, you've always slaved.

Always. I've took and gone and what I've left behind

Is no hope for mankind. Now infallible I soar to soar,

Whilst all is left and gone, I'm alone. Deplorable.

Condemnation of our nation. Where I'll be,

Inside a tree. Becoming me. Withered sleeves.

Despairing air, lofty cares, demon snares.

And now that I'm withered and gone I'm all alone,

Salvaging a withered template and sparrow arms.

Wings I've seen I've gathered the gathering, hello darkness.

I've finally become me, and now that I've left and gone,

Sometimes I still wish I wasn't alone.
