ACT I Scene III

(set changes to bad guy's castle. Bad guys are sulking everywhere and MOTHER sits center stage. ALLY and GEORGE hide behind a wall.)

GEORGE: Okay. I see her mother. I just have to fight these bad guys and get Rapunzel's mother back to her.

ALLY: Are you sure you want to do this? I mean, Rapunzel's kind of, how should I say this? Well, she's not the nicest person ever.

GEORGE: I have to do this. I'm her prince and we have to live happily ever after.

ALLY: I suppose you're right.

GEORGE: Thanks for all of your help. But I can take it from here. It's too dangerous for you.

ALLY: Too dangerous? Ha! I'm staying here. This is exciting.

GEORGE: Well, okay. On the count of three then. One, Two, three!

(GEORGE and ALLY run out and fight the bad guys. GEORGE and ALLY manage to take down all of the bad guys.)

MOTHER: Oh thank you, thank you.

(Behind ALLY a bad guys gets up and is ready to strike her. GEORGE sees this and takes him down, while ALLY trips and falls into his arms.)

ALLY: I thought that the prince was only supposed to save the princess.

GEORGE: Well, it looks like I decided to choose my own princess. (They embrace)

(Lights go out and voice comes over the audience again, and lights go on with the forest set. ALLY and GEORGE stand holding hands.)

GEORGE: Ally and I soon had our own happily ever after. And as for Rapunzel?(Shows RAPUNZEL impatiently sitting) Well, a prince came along for her soon enough. (NERDY PRINCE enters from stage left and rushes over to RAPUNZEL and starts serenading him. RAPUNZEL looks disgusted.)
