Why does this feeling keep creeping up?

It makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

My stomach is churning and burning with fear.

A fear that this sadness will overcome me again.

This feeling that has overtaken me before.

It has taken all of me away before.

I can feel the hairs on my neck begin to stand.

It’s right behind me, creeping up once again.
