This is the intro poem to my series of poems that I'm going to be writing from my heart. I don't have a name for it, but you'll see why it's the beginning of this series.

I came home from church this morning
and read some poetry sweet.
And I thought to myself,
"I think I'll try that too."

I know this doesn't rhyme
And it lacks long fancy words
But I guess it has a special place
Deep inside my heart.
