Talking to Animals
Part I
"Hey Jared, wake up!" a voice yelled at me. My mind went from fuzzy sleepiness to fully awake in a split second.
"Max?" I asked, thinking that I was hearing things.
"Duh. Do you see anyone else here?" Max replied.
Huh? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. My dog was talking to me. My dog is the dumbest dog I ever met. I pinched myself to make sure I was fully awake. I sure was. I checked to see if my radio was on. It was not. That was it. My dumb mutt, Max, was talking to me. I couldn't tell my mom, because she would think I am crazier than she already thinks I am. I am truly crazy.
"Wow, I should have stayed asleep," I groaned.
