1Smith’s Date

Adam walked down from his Karate class he start to walk out when he see Jen. “Hey Jen.” he calls as he goes over to her. “Hey Smith.” she smiles. “What you doing here.” Smith ask.

“Oh, I’m just seeing what they have here.” She said.

“Cool, did you see anything you like?”

“Not yet.” she said shaking her head.

“How you get here?” Smith asked.

“I walked.”

“Oh, so you close to here.”

“Yeah, I’m just a few streets away.”

“That good.” he smiles.

“So, how you get here.”

“I drove.”

“Would you mind taking me home?” she asked.

“Sure, am I going to come in this time.” he smirks.

“Yes.” She rolls her eyes.

Adam nods. “Ok, this why sweetie.” he smiles. She blushes slightly as she follows him out, they walk out to Adam’s car. Adam opens the door for Jen. She smiles and gets in, he close the door and walks over to the drivers side and gets in. He start the car and it stalls, Jen smirks. He tries again and it stalls again. “You sure you can drive me home?” she smirks. “Yes, I’m sure. You know what they say third time the charm.” he says and tries again.

It starts and he pulls out. “See, I told you.” he smiles. “Yeah, Yeah.” she rolls her eyes. Adam take off for Jen house. Jen looks out the window. “So Jen short for something?” he asks.

“Yeah, It short for Jennifer.”

“That a nice name.”

“Thanks.” She smiles. “Smith not your real name is it.”

“No, Smith my last name.”

“And your first name is?”

“Adam.”

“Oh, you didn’t want to be confused with the other at the game.”

“Yeah.” He nods as he turns on to Jen’s street.

He pulls up to Jen’s house, he parks on the street. They get out and walk up to the house. Jen unlocks the door as she walks in, Adam follows her into the house. “There something I wanted to do since I saw you at Rec.” “Oh, what’s that?” she asks turning to him. He put his arms around her waist. “This.” He says as he leans close to her gently kissing her. She smiles as she kisses him back. Adam slowly pulls away for the kiss. “What do you want to do?” He asked.

“What to watch a movie.” “Sure.” Jen smiles and walks into the living room. Adam follows her and take a seat on the couch. Jen goes over to there movies, she pick one up and turns to back to Adam. “How about this one?” she asks “Ok.” She nods and put the movie on the walks over to Adam and sit next to him. He smiles and pulls her next to him. Jen smiles, he kisses her cheek. She leans against him and he put his arms around her. She smiles and start the movie.

The sit back and watch the movie. A few minutes into the movie Adam whispers to Jen. “There been something I wanted to ask you.”

“What is it?” she ask

“Will you go out to dinner with me Saturday?”

“I would like that.” she smiles. He kisses her cheek.

“Then it a date.” he says. Jen slightly blushes and Adam smiles.

After the movie, Jen gets up. Adam looks up at her and gets up. “Well I should get going. Adam says. “Wait, I want to show you something.”

“Oh, what is it?”

“It’s up in my room.” Jen smiles as she take his hand.

“Show the way.” he says. Jen starts for her room with Adam following her. They walk up the stairs and into Jen’s room. Adam looks around while Jen went to get something. He could see Happy Bunny things on the dresser and bunny stuffed animal on the bed. He looked over at Jen. “You really like bunnies.” He said. “Yeah there my favorite.” she said turning around hold a news paper. “So, have you ever dress up like a bunny.” “I might have.” She smirks as she walks over to him

“What with the paper.” he asks “This is want I wanted to show you.” She opens it and flips yo where she want and hands it to him. Adam looks down at it. She had it opens to the sports. “What did you want to show.” he asked. “Look here.” she points to the bottom of the page. It was a piece on his last Karate match. “You kept this.” he asked. “Yeah, I did. I wanted to show you it.” Adam smiles and reads through the article. “This is a good piece.” he smiles “But, the missed something.”

“And what that.” She asked.

“During my second match I took the guy down in one move not two.”

“Really?”

“Yeah, the move I used has two part to it but its counts as one.” he said.

“That cool.” Jen smiles.

“It is.” Adam nods.

“I would like to do something like that but there to much to remember.”

“Well what do you like about it.”

“I kind of like the mediation and I bet you flexible.”

“I’m not that flexible.”

“But I see you kick pretty high though.”

He shrugs. “Maybe you should try yoga.”

“Oh, is there a class up at the rec.”

“There might be.” Je smiles.

“I should get going.”

They walk down stairs, when they get to the front door. Smith turns to Jen and kisses her gently, she smiles. “I’ll see on our date.” Jen nods and watches him leave. Adam walks out it his car, he gets in and start it. It stalls. Jen giggle as he try again, It start and he pull out and drives home. Jen walk back to her room.

Once he got home, Adam picks up the phone and calls Chaz.

“Hello.” Chaz says.

“Hey, Chaz guess what I just did.”

“What?”

“I just got a date with Jen.”

“Nice, tell me how it goes.”

“I know and I will.”

“See you.”

“Bye.” he hangs up.
