If rapture even lingered -
and it might split
some overhead-glass skies,
with a sulking orange
and a cloud of

with the wind whistling through the carpets...
would it even part this sea,
inside of me?
make my bed, draw my blinds?
crack this kaleidoscope of catastrophe?
What can the apocalypse do for me?
