Tomorrow

Yesterday I let go of the pain of you

Yesterday I woke up and saw what you did to me

The pain of losing you, keeping you, letting go

Was a fight I just couldn't take anymore

Yesterday you were left behind

In that dust where you belong

Today I grabbed my life and got it back on the right track

I took what you destroyed and I'm now trying to repair it all

Today I cried, for myself, for my life, for my pain

Today I let go of the thing that mattered the most to me

Today...was the day...MY DAY

Tomorrow I'll be moving on

Tomorrow you'll be the one in tears

I let go and you have to as well

Tomorrow you'll weep as I leave you

To travel that road so far in the distance

Yesterday my pain was there

Today it's dulling

Tomorrow, the stars will be my guide

The sun will warm my back

The wind will set me free to fly

Yesterday, today, tomorrow I'll love you...

But you have lost me to Tomorrow....

And you'll never have me again

(Think about that)

NOTE: I have let go of him. David Allen Clary Jr, you're free. I have let you out, but you're still chasing me. It's time to let me go. I've had enough and my life is waiting for me to join it...and so I shall. This is for you. I choose to say no and I choose to let this pain go, to show you I'm stronger than you'll ever be. I'll never hide behind someone else to handle my problems. I'll take the control of my situation and I'll take my part of the blame. Until then, there's one phrase that comes to my mind about you: GROW. UP.
