Starring in the thoughts,

Of so little people their age.

Starring in the dreams,

Oh unknown admirers.

What do they do when they know,

That you will never be theirs?

Poem writing and thinking.

In the mind you are hers,

And only hers.

Nobody will get you in the mind.

She is not alone but that's the problem.

Wishing you would love her too.

She's nothing special,

And she's no hero.

She slipped out the back,

Just to see if you care.

But you didn't notice,

As so many others.

He did notice though,

And she didn't want him to.

Bored of him, she is lost.

Her feelings overwhelming,

Trapped in her fantasy.

Confused about how to live,

Without you in her life,

She can't cope with you.
