Kyle zombie-walked into the kitchen and sat down heavily next to Brian.

“Dude, I so have a hang-over.”

Brian nodded sympathetically.

“I feel ya bro.”

Pause. Brian tilted his head.

“I don’t have one, but I feel ya nonetheless.”

Kyle gave a half-hearted salute and a grim smile, and then put his head back down. Brian continued drinking his coffee, ready for another day.
