Wild flowers

Balance let you in
equates the worth
estimates the time
ponders the fallacy
ruins the model
cell of white marble, lucky
it is a fancy trick
thought of by no mere Fakir
but someone with credentials
like an insect

Is it an argument,
when you are coming out,
or is it an agreement?
When you erupt,
how do you stand the heat?
So much colder than it was
wrap you in cellophane
tag you and hope
that you don’t grow too fast
oh what would become of your purpose?
What would become of your roots?

But!
This does not affect you
because,

You are not a wild country flower
