Broken Seraph

oo

Broken Wings, my Angel,

Once you Flew so High.

On your knees, my Seraph,

What Pain to Watch you cry.

o

They Tore into the Golden clouds,

Their nails, the Words were Sharp.

and Pity I was not there for You,

how Cruelly they tore you Apart.

o

Now you sit there Crying,

Dark tears of salt and Blood.

The rain is coming, Pouring,

Desperately, I try to Find you.

o

I Kneel before you in Earnest,

My Hands, my Arms spread wide.

I reach for you, Gather you close,

In Hopes yourself Through me you’ll Find.

o

For I will give you my Life.

Just to find You.
