Day Break

Sun rising slowly

casts a glow upon the lake.

Birds sing quite softly.

The Hunt

Sun setting quickly

shadows dancing in the trees,

the creatures must hide.

Apllause

Clouds of gray above

lush, rich, fertile soil below,

creatures stirring now.

Palace

Golden fields of wheat

swaying in the Autumn breeze,

blue skys overhead.

Serenity

Moon's gentle light spreads

revealing a quiet world.

All are resting now.

Rain's Lullaby

Water falling down

carrying with it a song,

true music is heard.

Flashlight

Darkness falling now

many fireflies appear above

lighting up the sky.

Moon's Bonfire

The blue flame flickers

playfully on the soft white sand.

Flames reach for the moon.

Empty

Stars fading away

leaving the sky a dull gray.

Cries of grief are heard.

Oven

Water does not fall,

beautiful flowers die now.

Never to return.

Radio

Crickets in the grass

create a gentle humming,

a relaxing sound.
