A/N: War is horrible when you consider how many lives it destroys. Is the end result really worth it?

Sent away to play at war;
To play at life and death.
Each month men died more and more,
Till you were the only one left.

Sent away to play at war;
Forced to flirt with Death.
Men knock on the door
With news of a horrible theft.

Sent away to play at war;
To lose the battle with death.
At their hearts the loss tore,
Leaving them gasping for breath.

Sent away to play at war,
To return nevermore.
