After everything that I'd been through with you, after every little arguement, after every laugh and joke, every stupid little stunt, and that betrayal, it finally came into mind. I loved you. And after all this time, I don't know how I ever missed that little detail. You are everything I ever wanted and everything I still want. It never occured to me that you wanted me too. And it still surprises me everytime you kiss my forehead that you love me. I haven't felt as sure about that. Every single time its just another reminder that I really do love you. And that is something that will never change. I can't just stop loving you. Because you are always going to be the one. Even with everything, nobody could ever have me like you do.

Every little voice, every person who said it wouldn't last, I am laughing at now. Because they were wrong. I didn't know what to expect at first. I was scared, scared to be hurt again. But that is something you would never let happen. You'd never hurt me, it's just not the person you are. The person you are is the one that protects me better than anybody else ever did and could ever dream of doing. Nothing has changed between the first time you held me in your strong arms and told me you loved me. Nothing at all. Everytime you say it, it's just as strong, if not more true and powerful. It's never faultered and it never will.

Everytime I'm scared, it's your arms I feel the most comfort in. You are the one that I run to when I'm scared or sad or happy. I don't belong to anybody else the way I belong to you. Because you are the only one that holds my heart. That is yours, and only yours. You are the only person I want for me. I can't have anybody else, they aren't you. I still love you, and I always will love you. Every good dream I have is of you. Your smile. Your shinning eyes. And right before I go to sleep at night, you're the last face I look at. You're the one I kiss at night, just before I fall asleep with your strong, protecting arms around me.

We've been able to pull through. Every single day. You are the majority part of the reason I can see some reason to love Killeen, even with everything that's happened and is happening. And I'm glad we didn't listen to them. I'm glad we listened to what we wanted. Because I can't see me without you. I still laugh at that.
