The Fools, The Wise, and The Poets
There are the fools
They scurry for cover
At thunder's booming roar
That can cause them no harm
There are the wise
The crouch down low
At lightning's blinding flash
For they know danger
There are the poets
Who hide from neither thunder nor lightning
Nor hail and rain
They stand in the storm
Oblivious from the danger
Because they only know
The words that spill from their lips
Call me a poet.
A.N.- Literally too! I sort of like this one... It was pretty random.
