A way to understand

A million stars gaze down to us tonight,
only to be looked blankly back up right.
We still are far too young to understand.

The curtains of dusk begins to be drawn,
many had closed their eyes; halfway, we yawned.
We still live far too little to understand.

Drops of angels are falling from the sky,
they know satisfaction by the sight; we have to search high for mine.
We still are far too ignorant to understand.

A spark of sunlight streams from above,
some wish for rain for comfort; and some, clouds for love.
We still learn far too little to understand.

The fear for thunder fills the air,
we need a hiding place; the rest don’t care.
We still are far too innocent to understand.

A peck of snowflake lands on the ground,
some smiled; we won’t until it is found.
We still are far too slow to understand.

A gust of wind burst opens a door,
no one but us are shocked because it had happened before.
We still are far too immature to understand.

We still have a long way to go through, my friend,
still a long way to go.

Referring to each stanza:
1. Stars are wise - their existance are long, ours are not.
2. Many have done so before us - we are not even halfway there.
3. You don't have to search for happiness - they are all around us already.
4. When you don't have something, it becomes desire, when you do, it becomes another - you don't know until you have been through it.
(you get hurt from the obvious, you seek help from the implied; example: you get hurt from love, you seek to escape by being in clouds.)
5. You get used to something when it happens a lot - no matter good or bad.
6. It's the thought that counts - you don't have to own it.
7. It works from the top to bottom; from the worst to better - things change all the time.
8. You learn from experiences.

Think deep to understand the implied meanings, my friends, think deep. :)
