I flicked the switch,
Searching for a signal.
Turns the knob for loudness,
To the station that I like;

They sing those love songs,
As sweet as they can be,
They sing those love songs,
...Nothing to do with me,
They sing those love songs,
“Love is like the air”,
They sing those love song,
So what else is there?

And then comes lust songs,
Praising bodies of yer ‘shorty’,
They play those lust songs,
Pointless fun in a party,
They play those lust songs,
Innocent kids sing along,
They play those lust songs,
But metal seems so wrong...?

A score that means nothing,
A melody of clichés,
All the pieces becomes a trend,
My ears can’t stop bleeding.

Radio sings a ‘nice’ song,
But silences swear words,
Radio sings a ‘nice’ song,
That’s not what I heard,
Radio plays a crappy song,
But that’s what people adore,
Radio plays a crappy song,
More and more and more!

I pulled the plug,
I puked my lunch,
It does not sync with my soul,
I hate the radio,
I hate the radio,
I hate the radio.
