After observing five thousand years of human history, the Council of Space-Faring Races (CSFR) has decided that the bipedal mammals dominating the land formations on the planet Sol-3 are a danger to themselves and their environment, and must be eradicated. However, as the CSFR has differing factions on this topic, we have begun a trial. Humanity has been given the chance to both prosecute and defend itself. As unbiased observers, we have chosen a select jury out of our own populous to mediate the trial. Jury members represent various races in the CSFR, most vaguely humanoid, all fair and uninfluenced.

During the first two weeks of June, human year 2009 CE, the humans in the selected group will decide the fate of their race. May the decision be just.
