---
The word
Slips from my mouth
Like slobber.
---
Its funny how
Loud everything
Seems
When there are
No sounds.
---
The kid next
To me
Is rocking out
To M.C.R
---
He's got his
Air guitar out
Oblivious to
Everything.
---
Now he's singing
To a nameless
Melody.
---
A man shuffles
Through papers,
Looking for the
Excitement
That has slipped
From their pages.
---
Two pairs of eyes
Behind a screen,
Rotting away their
Imaginations.
Telling themselves
It's entertainment.
---
And here I sit
In boredom,
A witness
To all this.
Thoughts running
Through my mind,
Through the pen,
Through the ink
And
On to paper
---
Becauseā¦
---
I'm bored.
And I have
Eyes to see with,
And nothing
On my mind.
