Summary: Half of the people who walked in through the doors of that shop died. Yet people came back anyway.

The startling stupidity of human kind. They couldn't put the connection of Izzy's Cake and the recent serial murders together. The Owner and baker of the shop, Isabella, was twisted. Her mind had grown back wrong after the murders of both her husband and son. And then Izzy's Cake had turned into a death shop.

Isabella scrutinized the people who walked in. If they did one thing wrong, yell at a little girl, slam the door in someones face, they were as good as dead. You see, She had come to the conclusion that her husband and son died because they were bad people. And so she continued to kill those who were on their bad behavior.

The police were puzzled, they could not find a common denominator. Young, old, male, female, gay, straight, all died. They just weren't looking in a more obvious place, pure human nature. It's in a human to sin, they knew that. Izzy knew that, everyone knew that, whether consciously or not. And that is the very reason she thought they should all die. Every last one.

Just one thing held them together, that not every human being had in common: they visited Izzy's. Maybe they were to lazy to go, lactose intolerant, or just didn't have a taste for cake. Those people were safe.

As long as they never went to Izzy's Cake.

And I'll tell you one thing. Whenever a customer who's going to die leaves, you can always hear Izzy call from the kitchen, "Let them eat cake!"
