Dear Faithful & Lovely Readers of You Belong With Me,

I've made my decision regarding the sequel or rewrite most of you have asked for. And I have to say that I'm sorry. I won't be writing a sequel to this story. As much as I would love to, I can't bring myself to do it.

The only reason I wrote this story in the first place was because in real life, it is my story. And since my real life Carter and AJ don't speak, their story has to be over. There's no where to go for them. I'm happy with the way I ended this story because let's face it, everyone wants a happy ending. If I would have ended the story the way it ended in real life, then I probably could have come up with a sequel, but since I didn't; I don't have anything left for AJ and Carter. Their story is over. I could probably do a few one-shots for some of the different characters, but I'll have to find some inspiration for them. Right now, all my focus is on finishing Love Game.

Maybe if I think about it and write out a very detailed outline, then I could probably do a rewrite to You Belong With Me in the future, but right now, that's not possible. AJ and Carter's story is over. Everyone's happy.

I hope you all understand where I'm coming from with this. And again, I have to say thank you all so much for your support. You have no idea how much it means to me that tons of you have added this to your favorites, put it on alert, and reviewed it.

I don't deserve the love I get from you guys.
