out of (your) control.

forgive me, darling, if i do not want
your embrace to be my prison
and your sm-smile to be my downfall

because i've been envisioning
your demise for far too long
and i cannot wait to free myself
from your (desperate) clutches

oh yes, honey, by morning i shall
be gone and your bed shall be empty.
your pride will be nothing but dust,
blown away through the open window,

where my last note to you lies,
stuck between the cracks
of your crumbling foundation :

try holding my down now, sweetheart
i'm already off the ground.
