Love, KeepWalking

You’ve been walking around my head

For the past couple of days

Cleaning up my old memories

And stitching your name into my heart

Its amazing, how I’ve known you for so long

But at the same time, knew so little

Except for the smile that stole my fear

And the warmth only you could deliver

As we sit, so far away, yet so close

The miles in between us matter not

For we close the distance more and more

With every passing minute

Imaginations take us to each others arms

Until the next time I can hold you close

And taste that sweet surrender

Of love upon your lips

And so, my love, keep walking

Keep smiling as you sing our songs

Because I am but one thought away

And the space between us matter not
