Darkness
No optimism
No happiness
Nothing makes sense
Yet no one cares
Blinded by the opinions of others
Muted by the powers of the superficial
Bound and gagged by the ropes of ignorance
No! There must be hope
A beacon of change in this world of indifference
Where social status, appearance
Overtakes the emotions of others
As the priority
Where love, happiness, prosperity
All take a backseat
To the arrogance of others
In this world we feel is free
How free are we really?
When we're subject to all these complications?
We are not truly free
Nor will we ever be
Not till we have change in this world
Filled with cruelty and suffering
A world with no hope, no light
Just darkness
