“He who hesitates is a damned fool.”

- Mae West

---

‘Stop, stop, stop,’ you think, ‘think it through’, and then the opportunity is gone, moved to the next door, not patient not ready to wait. You missed it, it’s gone. Your mistake you waited, you shouldn’t have, you took too long.

Another day and opportunity knocks again, quick, quick, answer the door! But wait, what, you wonder, if this is not an opportunity you want to take part it? And then he’s gone again.

Miss, ponder, wait, you’ll never get anything done that way. Someone will have already taken what you want before you even know you want it. Look before you leap; but don’t look too long lest you not leap at all.

Besides you must at least know what you might be leaping for, whether you leap or not. Open the door for opportunity and if it’s not the right opportunity for you, don’t take it, but know what it is before you hesitate. Don’t let your fear and your hesitation rule you, nothing good will come of that.

Knock, knock.

Well? Go answer the door.
