court me like a seahorse.
change to blue, to yellow, to orange, depending on my mood.
swim beside me, grasp my hand like a tail, let's pre-dawn dance, follow me for days.

dance with me for hours, snout to snout, spiral and twist,
and show me that you're empty.

I'm not trying to scare you, I know seahorse mate for life,
but I just want some old fashioned 3 million year old romance.
I also don't expect you to have our babies,
just,
swim beside me,
grasp my hand,
let's pre-dawn dance,
follow me for days.

a/n: I thought it was about time I came back.
