At ten years old:
The wind blew through a young girl's long hair. She stood on her mothers hill. Her mother had died on this hill. The girl looked at the starry night sky. Her blue eyes sparkled in the moonlight. She smiled when she herd a soft wolf howl. The girl stepped gracefully down the hill.
Five years later:
The same girl stood by a boy with messy brown hair. He leaned over and whispered in her ear, causing her to fall in a giggling fit. She lied on the soft ground, the boy fallowed. They herd a mild howl, and the young girl smiled. The night sky seemed brighter than ever before.
Three years later:
The girl danced in the moonlight with a young man. She twirled in his arms and felt safer than ever before. The girl herd a wolf howl and looked at the boy. He smiled at her and nodded. Hand in hand they ran down the hill.
Fifty years later:
The man held her hand as she lied on the hospital bed. Her breathing was heavy and her heart rate was slow. She looked at him and smiled. He smiled half-heartily back to her. A wolf howl came in pain and she closed her eyes. Darkness took over her and she thought her life was good compared to others. Not a fairy tale but it was her life and hers alone. No matter what she knew it was perfect anyway. Perfect to her.
One year later:
A woman reached her hand out to a man. He smiled and took it. This was his first smile since she died. That was when he realized. Life does not make itself but you must make your own life. The old couple danced on their very own cloud they had received, for their good life they made.
