I feed my soul on the nectar of words while
sitting and watching flowers whisper silent lines of beauty.
Bees buzz through my perception
and land to gather pollen for their hive
while a soft wind sways their tulip of choice.
By now consciousness equates to bliss
and I am gone, floating carelessly like
a wispy cloud that scantly covers the sky.
My only recollection of time was a prayer
for an eternity of this peace and purity,
fresh forever as the moment it was conceived.
