Reception Deception
Struck by the feelings
Hard blows left me
reeling
Like a leak dripping from the cieling
No longer can I
be concealing
This feedback I have been
recieving
Is far from deceiving
Something that wont be
leaving
Because things happen when you start believing
These
breathes that one is thieving
There's a crack in my
armor
Seeds of love sown like a farmer
Battered down my
defensive wall
Now I never fear that I will fall
The past
was like a lance
The present saw butterflies dance
Who know's
what the future will hold
As long as I have her in my arms
You
can't see ahead into time
But there are mountains we must
climb
There's not much I wouldn't do
If only to prove my love
to you.
