Avarice and Greed

Go ahead you,

Dirty corporate billionaires

Take flights to the tropics

In your individual personal private corporate jets

Spend more in one afternoon

Than the janitor makes in ten years

Let the entire company fall

Like the walls of Troy

Around you

And don’t give a damn

You won’t suffer

Although you claim to

You have that 200 million dollar parachute

And you cry

You weep

Because you

Didn’t get enough

Well,

What about all those other people

The normal ones

Who instead of driving Lamborghinis

Drive Hondas and mini-vans

Instead of having a summer home in the South of France

They rent one on a lake in Minnesota

But, you corporate billionaires

You complain that you suffer

Even with your 200 million dollar parachute

You claim you didn’t get enough cookies out of the jar

It’s the average person who suffers

Not you

You are just full

Of

Avarice and greed
