Written for my grandfather who was just diagnosed with lung cancer, for young girl also with cancer, and for anyone else in need of healing. Very short poem.

A Prayer for Healing
I close my eyes and think of you,
Sending prayers to help you heal,
Lending strength to pull you through,
To ease the pain that you may feel.
I send bright thoughts and happy dreams
To remind you of the light.
For as dark as things may seem,
Daybreak always follows night.
