First AN: I’m the first author. You can call me by my username, or whatever; I don’t really care. The one who will do most of the talking, though, is the girl who calls herself ‘Kaihui’, below. Oh, and by the way, I revised some of Kaihui’s parts, so, instead of seeing parts that SCREAM Kaihui (HINT! All her parts have people being hyper or acting weird!), you may see parts which start out hyper, but end normal. Or, vice-versa. Get ready for the ride…
Third Author’s Note: Yes, THIRD author’s note. I am the third author even though there is no second. XD Anyhoo, I HAVE a name. And I DON’T like it. So you peoples can totally call me by my Chinese name—Kaihui. And I couldn’t care less about how you pronounce it. So anyways, guess which parts Mays-chan—the actual owner of this account—wrote and which ones I wrote. (And yes, I have my own account. I just randomly write random story parts and send them to Mays-chan. She actually replied with a STORY PART for this one! O.O)

I stared at the triplets—all identical with their straight, waist-length red hair; their twinkling, yet somehow dull, gray eyes, full of laughter, their pure-white, knee-length dresses that looked like they belonged on angels, and their contrasting, midnight-black sandals that demons might wear. And this trio was…my stepsisters. Just…great. Now, I have three new sisters, who were the same age as me—who just happen to share my birthday—to look out for. The one in the center smiled a sweet smile, showing her dimples.
"I'm Koi. Nice to meet you," she introduced, holding out her hand for me to shake. I just continued staring at her like she grew horns and a forked tail. "This is Ai." She nodded to the one on her right.
"And I'm Rabu!" exclaimed the one on my right—Koi's left. Great. All of their names are ‘love’. (Ai, Koi, and Rabu all translate to ‘Love’ from Japanese.)
I stared at them some more, and saw one of the triplets (was it Rabu?) flash me a small smirk. And then, I knew…living with them was going to be hell.

Streaks of orange broke out over the red horizon, illuminating the three girls dancing in its light, on top of a grassy green hill. As the sun rose, their silhouettes could be more clearly seen, revealing themselves to be the ones of Ai, Koi, and Rabu.
A small, shadowy figure could be seen making their way up the hill.
I trudged up the hill, rubbing my eyes. I was going to KILL my new stepsisters. Why? BECAUSE I DIDN’T GET ANY SLEEP, because of the itching powder SOME PEOPLE (*cough* Stepsisters*cough*) had put in my sheets and pillow. Who knew that their sweet exterior hid a mischievous side?
AND, to find them, I had to walk all over the HUGE forest that surrounded my, no, our (Grr…I liked my privacy!) house, only to find them up the steepest hill that existed: Stone Hill.
Creative, no?
"What are you three doing here?" I growled menacingly.
They just smiled.
"We are offering sacrifices to the One Goddess, Yin," Ai replied, pointing to the bloody sheep carcass lying in front of Koi.
I stared.
Maybe THEY should’ve been sacrifices for their goddess, Yim or whatever. I continued to stare, and then made a gagging sound.
Rabu swung her head around, and stated, “Yin is my life. Yin is all. Yin is the keeper of my heart, and secrets. Do not disrespect Her.” She glared for a long moment, and then, her eyes turned a creepy shade of endless black, her sclera covered with the black as well. Her face was dreamy as she stared out into the distance, a dreamy expression on her face.
Probably thinking of her so-called goddess. Yuck.
I began to analyze my situation as I sat down—pretzel-style.
The only explanation I can come up with sounds crazy—but might actually be true: that my three new stepsisters are DEMONS. I—probably the only one in the family that received my great-ancestor's sense of danger, and intelligence—know that I cannot stay here…but what can I do? I laid my head on my left shoulder.
Koi seemed to be the leader; she was ALWAYS in the middle. Besides, the leader is usually the one in the middle. I noticed that Ai and Rabu seemed to be somewhat like lackeys; they followed the commands of Koi. That's when I noticed the one unnoticeable difference; Koi's hair was dyed red…And it was the exact color of blood...
Then, I realized something else. It wasn't just dyed the color of blood, it was blood. Koi's hair flowed smoothly, unmistakably, like a liquid. In some lights it looked almost brown, with the letters A, B, and O drifting through her hair. And were those positive and negative signs?
I unconsciously took a step backwards, and thought, No. This can't be happening...Can it?
The DS (Demon Stepsisters) turned towards me with an eerie grin, and sang in unison, "What's wrong? Don't you love us? We are your new stepsisters, you know."
Dad's words–Try to get along with them—danced in my brain.
I shook my head free of such thoughts, and knew there was no possible way I could get along with these…these freaks.
And for the rest of the day, I continued to examine the situation. Only the DS had been sent over; I couldn't even THINK of what of my new stepmother would look like, much less their father (What had happened to him?). I learned a few things the DS most likely didn't even know I knew.
One: Ai and Rabu were definitely clones; they had an aura that seemed…unrealistic. Two: The clones were most likely the fault of the mother due to the strange message if you sound out their names in a certain order. (Ai Rabu Koi = I love Koi) Three: Not only was Koi's hair strange, her eyes were also, as well as her fellow triplets. They all wore contacts, and not just ANY contacts; these contacts were made of cement. Maybe they were actually Medusa, turning their contacts to stone…. I just hope they don't take them off; the first day of school is tomorrow, so I need to rest and stay alive, if only for a second.

I panted and dodged through the various underbrush, people, and animals that seemed to just magically appear in my way. The DS! They had found out! But how?
Flashback
The DS, as one, sauntered calmly to me. I was freaked out, but tried not to show it.
"Um...hi?" I offered cautiously, since none of them seemed to be making a move to speak.
Their cold gray cement eyes glared daggers through me.
"Sister," they started slowly.
I stiffened. I was no sister to them!
"What do you want?!" I snapped. I'd had enough of these crazy demons. What did they want, no, gain, from me?
Ai pointed a long, slender finger in my face, Rabu and Koi flanking her for once.
"We suggest you stay out of our business. Or else, you and your father might have to be… eliminated," she told me, smiling icily.
"You wouldn't want your father to die in an…accident, now, would you?"
My hackles immediately stood up.
"You. Wouldn't. Dare," I hissed.
The DS all gave me a slow, predatory grin, exposing sharp canines.
"Your existence is not necessary. We could erase you with a short, calm flick," (As proof, Rabu glanced at a boy who I knew as Elmer, and flicked her fingers. Elmer disappeared with a short, terrifying shriek. The other sisters smirked coldly) "so we suggest (Here they made suggest sound like 'command'.) you mind your own business."
And they strode away, all the boys and girls (Except me. Yes, they had admirers from both genders) drooling after them.
I knew I couldn't stay longer, so I ran home and packed my bags, running away. I didn’t know where I was going to go; all I knew was that I had to get out.
Flashback End
After a while, I got tired. So, I stopped running, and sank against a tree to catch my breath. I knew I would have to hunt for food later. But now, I wanted to rest.
Tears ran tracks down my face. Curling up into the fetal position, I wished I had a friend to confide all of this into.
***TIME SKIP***
My first thoughts once I woke up? What. The. Hell. Is. On. Top of me. I forced open my sleepy eyes, only to see...Deana. NAPPING. ON. MY. LAP! AGAIN!
Great. I can tell that this will be a great day. (Hear the sarcasm?)
In case you didn't know, Deana is a dryad. She has dark green hair, and mud brown eyes. And, she apparently has a habit of napping on people's laps, or, more specifically, mine.
I whacked her on the head. "WAKE UP! AND GET THE F*CK OFF OF ME!" Her response? A yawn. My traveling companion (Yep, sadly, that's true.) stretched lazily, but made no move to get off of my lap.
"WAKE UP!" Now irritated, I pushed the idiotic dryad off of my lap. She moved and sat up in a slanted position, her arms supporting her on the ground as if there were armrests there.
"Good morning," Deana greeted me, opening her mud-brown eyes.
I glared.
"Why the f*** were you napping in my lap, when we have a perfectly good SLEEPING BAG ya could've used??"
Deana blinked once. Twice. And then...
"I don't know."
I exploded.
"YOU F***ING IDIOT!"
The green-haired dryad only stared at me lazily, as I began to rant at her, telling her of her stupidity over and over again, and saying how she wasted a perfectly good sleeping bag, and probably gave me nightmares.
I finished my tirade, and glanced at her, to check out how she received my lecture.
Deana was staring into the distance, with a look of sadness on her face, as if recalling a depressing memory.
"…"
I decided to leave her alone, as the silence stretched to massive porportions.
"…"

Just as I was getting sick of the silence, and about to say something, a possible idiot did it for me.
A1N: I have decided, without further ado, to split the story into smaller parts. Kaihui, this is partially your fault.
Third Author's Note: I'm probably the dude who knows more Japanese. When I hear a phrase said a lot in anime, I will remember what it means. (I watch a LOT of subbed anime. XD I tis an anime addict and manga maniac. [OH! ALLITERATION! BEAT DAT! BEAT DAT!]) Anyhoo, REVIEW! OR ELSE WE WILL SNAP ~OUR~ FINGERS AND YOU ~WILL~ DISAPPEAR! (The ~ were to emphasize my emphasis.)
