an: these are old, back from when i wrote all the time and was generally unhappy. it's a story, i suppose. i don't really remember writing it, oddly. i thought there were some pretty good metaphors, so i'm gonna put it up here. give me a little time to get all the chapters up, i've got a job now. blegh.
