A/N: Okay, so I’d just like to right off the bat say that I do not own the rights or anything to the songs mentioned here, and that they are property of their perspective owners and whatnot- yay, so with that out of the way, let’s get this show on the road!

I took my time

I never touched when you taste you tease me

All night, sugar rush

Just gimme a taste tonight

Oh oh oh girl you’re too much

I’m burning up right now, and I need your touch

Come on let’s take a ride

Crash and we’ll collide

Just give it a chance tonight

“Oh my GOD. Does no one listen to good music anymore?” I whined, utterly and completely annoyed. But nonetheless those freaking annoying people I called my friends still blasted the music from the stereo, LOUD. People were dancing around now. Could we at least, this one time, have a more strict policy at this school?

But no. And instead the song kept blasting.

So I can taste you on my tongue

With your lips to kiss like the red hot sun

You’re one big sugar rush

Suck me in, suck me in, hold me down till the very end

Agh!

“Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god!” Everybody turned to see who the hell was interrupting the party. And there stood an extremely excited looking Emily Johnson, pointing at something, one hand clamped over her mouth.

I looked along with everybody else to see what she was pointing at and there stood the people responsibly for such disgusting music.

The freaking band I hated. The Bridges. Blah.

The lead singer, Frankie Pollis (stupid ass name if you ask me) in all his disheveled black hair and dark blue-eyed glory. He was tall – handsomely so, his skin was tan and flawless. He wore a green shirt that said “Fuck If I Know’ on it and a black leather jacket over it and grey skinny jeans which hung loosely at his slim waist. The lead guitarist’s jeans were also slim but slightly baggy and he wore a grey t-shirt, nothing else. He had dirty blond hair that fell in his light blue eyes. The drummer had a similar look as the lead guitarist, except his hair was bronze. And lastly the guy on the keyboards. Redhead, lots of freckles, and wore a black t-shirt and normal fitting jeans.

I rolled my eyes as all the girls swooned and then in the next moment were all swarming around the group.

“It’s not like we don’t have other freaking superstars here…” I muttered. It was true. This was one of the most elite schools in the country and we constantly had some of the richest people’s kids coming here.

I eyed the group for a moment but then took the liberty to go and turn off the offending object blaring the music-shit.

As soon as the music was off I got more then a few glares from the uniform-clad girls. I just smirked and picked up my bag, walking off. I did, though, catch the lead singers eyes on me as I retreated into the building.

As far as I could tell, the new arrivals were nothing but annoying- but of course, that wasn’t how all the other girls saw it.

Tyra Force came up to me at one point and asked me why I didn’t seem at all interested in them and I just scoffed and shook my head.

Except that, annoyingly enough, every time I would see them, Frankie would turn his head and meet my eyes. It infuriated me that I couldn’t deny that his smile was dazzling but I didn’t have to say it out loud. So I would narrow my eyes and turn away.

I know I didn’t even know them, but they were just like any other rock band; I knew. They were troublemakers, experts at playing girls’ hearts and all that jazz.

So I stayed away and watched from afar as girls swarmed them or goggled from the sidelines.

So as I sat in the cafeteria that day, I tried my best to ignore the head-aching situation-, which of course was impossible, as that was all my friends were talking about. I just about couldn’t take it any more and so I stood up, muttering something about the bathroom, and left the room.

Except that as I exited the cafeteria, I almost ran right into Frankie, Oh just my luck. And where were all the admiring girls? I looked around curiously before looking up at him.

“Hi there.” He said pleasantly.

I nodded and tried to move past him. As I started walking away though, I heard him call out after me, “You’re the girl that turned off the song, right?”

I turned on my head and looked at him for a moment before saying, “Yeah, that was me.”

He smiled, “Don’t like music?”

I smirked, “Oh, I like music. That’s what the problem with what that stereo blaring was.”

He didn’t seem at all offended, “It’s too bad you don’t like the music.”

I shrugged, “Yeah, for me. Cause I have to hear it anyways. If I could stand it then perhaps it would be bearable.”

He actually chuckled at that, “What’s your name anyways?”

I raised an eyebrow. I didn’t like how he was asking me. I mean, he’d just waltzed in here, his first day and he was acting as if I was the one who needed to explain herself.

“Blizzer.”

“Just Blizzer?” he cocked his head to the side. It was an annoyingly charming gesture.

I sighed heavily, “Yes. That’s all you need to know me by.” He most certainly did not need to know my full name- or rather, my real name. “And you, you’re just… Frankie?”

He half smiled, half smirked, “Yeah, that’s me.”

“Hm, coincidently rock starish, no?”

At this his face lit up, “So I am a rock star?”

I had to roll my eyes. “Yeah, well, if that makes you feel better.”

He smiled, dipped his head slightly and entered the cafeteria, immediately being engulfed by a swarm of girls.

I sighed and shook my head continuing on my way.
