Prologue

"Please?" Myst had to succeed. Her life depended on it. She widened her eyes. "Pretty please with a cherry and fudge on top?" Great; now she was just making herself hungry. Soon, it would all be worth it.

Lily threw her hands up in exasperation. "Alright, alright, I give up! You win!" She reached into the refrigerator and pulled out a lollipop. "Here." She threw the treat to her 8-year-old sister, who smiled triumphantly.

Myst skipped away happily and chimed, "Thanks, Lily." Her older sister glowered at Myst's retreating back.

Little sisters are evil.

Grandpapa Shiya - ? years old [M]
He used to have a mustache. USED TO. The family gambled away his facial hair, so now he has none. His age is... UNKNOWN. DUN DUN DUNNN
"I may have broken the neighbor's window when my badminton racket flew through it. You know, the neighbor who I love OH SO MUCH? ... Yea. I'm just kidding; I didn't break his window. I may have broken his head, though." - The Tough, Serious Grampapa.

Mom - ? years old [F]
Even though she said she went to a sperm donation place, Mom actually adopted all of her children and... grandpapa o.o (Yes, Grandpapa Shiya isn't actually her grandpa.) Her age is unknown also.
"Now, I know how hard it is to deal with Myst's demands, JJJ's phases, Suki's tantrums, Kenny and Raymond's video games, David's pessimism, and Aiden's obsessions, but - wait. I take that back. I leave all that work to you two. Okay now, run along, Crystal and Lily. I have an anime to watch." - The Supportive Mother.

Aiden - 16 [M]
The equations that he agrees with the most are "emo girls = hot" and "pocky = life".
"Hey, it's not my fault I was born to cross-dress." -The 'Pure-Minded' Eldest Brother.

Crystal - 15 [F]
Crystal is one of the smartest people in the family. Don't bother her when she's reading, or else she'll smack you on the head with her book (which is usually around 1 to 2 inches thick)
"SOMEONE SWAT THE FLY! SOMEONE USE SOMETHING TO SWAT THE FLY!" There's a book in her hands. - The Calm Eldest Sister.

David - 14 [M]
He can be really awkward sometimes and ask the strangest things. Whenever he is heartbroken, he goes off somewhere to be emo.
"So this week it's Rachel and next week it's Carly. Then the week after that, it's Mandy - or is it Cindy?" - The Always-Single Klutz.

Lily - 13 [F]
She is very serious. She enjoys just sitting around on hot summer days, cooking, and baking.
She says: "I think I should help you with that prank. Just in case, you know, something goes wrong and you accidently kill Kenny." She's thinking: "It's payback time, Kenny." - The All Work and No Play Teenager.

Raymond - 12 [M]
Raymond was kidnapped at age 9, when he was alone in the streets. Stuffed in a box, he was taken to his new home.
"Me plus you, Imma tell you one ti-" - Aiden walks into the room - "Imma tell you one time, DO NOT TRASH MY ROOM WITH POCKY WRAPPERS." - The One Who 'HATES' Justin Bieber.

Kenny - 11 [M]
He loves to POKE (love is an understatement, actually)! Whenever he gets a low grade, he goes off into his room to sulk. And poke stuff.
"Me sad. RAWR! I LOST IN THE GAME TO RAYMOND. WAHHHHH." - The Manly One.

Suki - 10 [F]
Suki loves anime and anything japanese. She throws a tantrum when people pronounce her name as "Suck-y". Others tend to beware when she's angry.
"Don't worry, I won't bite - I'll just punch." - The 'Sweet' One Who'll Make Your Teeth Rot (if you still have any left when she's done with you).

Joey Jimmy Johnathan Jr. (JJJ) - 9 [M]
Who said people can't change their names? JJJ has such a long name that sometimes he can't remember what the J's stand for. Last time we checked, it was Joey Jimmy Johnathan Jr. He is the second youngest.
"I'm trying to explain to Aiden why 2+2 is 5." - The Genius.

Myst - 8 [F]
The youngest, and the most innocent-looking. You never know what she's hiding behind that 8-year-old mask.
"Hey, are you planing on the using the bathroom anytime soon?" She glances toward the toilet. "Oh no reason." She whispers to herself: "Uh oh. I'll go get the sponges before the house floods." - The Angelic Youngster.
