A/N: I got the idea for this when I was in my World Conflicts class. My teacher showed us a video of Black Sabbath's "War Pigs" and was asking us to pick lines that jumped out at us. Well, at one point, someone said that it was like they were the lowest of the army, and my teacher made a slip and said "the lowest of the feud chain". Sorry for any mistakes, it's late (well, not really) but I am really tired. Anyway, enjoy!

Lowest of the Feud Chain

We’re the lowest of the low

Sometimes I think I have to salute the dirt

There are some days I wish I had somewhere to go

They’ll explain to my mom why there’s blood on my shirt

***

But there’s none on my hands

Because this isn’t my fault

We’re storming the sands

Praying to God we aren’t caught

***

Every day we sink a little lower

While they go out with their mistresses to blow their cash

Sometimes I wish the gunshots would just go slower

Because I enjoy watching my friends get blown into ash

***

There’s none on my hands

Because this isn’t my fault

We’re storming the sands

Praying to God we aren’t caught

***

I should know better—I’m just a grunt

But I thought democracy was our goal

Not some Americans on a wild goose hunt

We think we’re giving up diamonds when they’re really just coal

***

There’s none on my hands

This isn’t my fault…
