(A/N: thanks for reviewing! I made an error, the imaginary Brian and Brian are men, but I’ll keep them as children.)
Chapter Two
“The Brians”, as they were now nicknamed by the public, funeral was on November 2nd, 2009. Everyone on Curtain Rod road, as well as the surrounding towns, had attended, along with several helicopters and news cameras. It was a short, simple, closed casket funeral, with the traditional melancholy songs and sprays of flowers and such. There was not, however, a procession of people offering their condolences to the family afterward, because no family had been identified, and the boys’ bodies were going to be taken to the morgue to have an autopsy preformed on them to make sure they were mentally stable and to rule out child abuse, as well as to take pictures for court documents for evidence. The boys rode to the hospital in a hearse, which they had never done before and will probably never do again, and being boys, if they were still alive, would probably have enjoyed riding in one.
